T.R.A.I.N. Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order by Blain.

Blain reported that the setup for the Three Rivers Festival will be 
July 10, with takedown on July 19. We will be setting up in a smaller
room.

Not much change in the Treasurer's Report. Kit reported that sales of
the train cars was continuing with only a few left.

The group discussed upcoming train shows, including the NMRA show in 
the fall. Manning the show is problematic, since Bill is the only one
guaranteed to have the time available and he can't be there the whole
time. Need to discuss this some more.

Discussed club Web site. Rich will bring back particulars. 
"trainfortwayne.org" seems to be an available domain name. Rich has a
proposed home page, and Larry has some pages posted on Geocities.
